Nutritionist Specialist in Healthy Gastronomy and 10 years of experience, working as a Personal Diet in the United States and closely following different types of food, I could see that food restriction is not the way to achieve a healthy body, but a balanced diet.


Through all knowledge and experiments I created the OneHand Method, Balance in Your Hands, the lifestyle and food that will keep your body and mind always in balance.
